This is a classic recipe I want to save on my feed so I won’t lose it. My husband has his own recipe and makes pancakes occasionally, but when the last BTS single called came out, I wanted to make my own to celebrate.

If you haven’t made pancakes yet, let me tell you, this recipe is very easy and delicious. Here it goes:
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
1 ¼ cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 ½ cups flour
¾ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and mix well, use a mixer or a balloon whisk (I use a balloon whisk).
Mix well until batter is a bit thick.
Let sit for 15 minutes.
Pour 1/3 cup of batter on a hot non-stick pan.
Flip when bubbles appear on the surface and form holes that stay open, cook the other side until golden brown. It makes about 8 pancakes.
You can decorate them as you wish. I like to top them with fruit like banana, and syrup or honey with ginger.
You can find a video tutorial for this recipe on my .
Enjoy!
Xoxo,
MJ
